Foods is a global leader in dairy innovation and the leading
supplier of private-label natural, process, cream and
specialty cheeses. When you buy store-brand cheese at your

The
Carthage plant was purchased in 1950 as Schreiber’s second
facility. The plant produces everything from natural to
process cheese for both retail and foodservice customers.
Today the plant and two neighboring distribution centers are
part of Schreiber’s network of more than 20 facilities
throughout the world. The 130-foot-high Fairview
Distribution Center is the newest addition, employing
state-of-the-art technology in which cranes are used to
store and retrieve products vertically instead of
horizontally.

1. Follow Highway 71 South.
2. Turn LEFT on Highway 571/Central Avenue.
3. Turn LEFT on McGregor Street.
4. Turn RIGHT on Claxton Avenue.
From the south
1. Follow Highway 71 North.
2. Exit on 96 (Central Avenue) and turn RIGHT off the ramp.
3. Turn LEFT on McGregor Street and travel approximately 1
mile.

From the east
1. Follow US-96 West.
2. Turn RIGHT on McGregor Street.

From the west
1. Take MO-171 South (it
