Schreiber
Foods is a global leader in dairy innovation and the leading
supplier of private-label natural, process, cream and
specialty cheeses. When you buy store-brand cheese at your

Schreiber
acquired the Mt. Vernon plant from Carnation Dairy in 1995,
and it’s now home to three casting lines. Mt. Vernon’s
versatility enables us to run traditional horizontal and
vertical slices supplying foodservice, retail and deli
customers. Formulas range from Pepper Jack to blue cheese to
garlic peppercorn, in addition to the standard white and
yellow American.
