Key Responsibilities

Leading a team of partners to meet or exceed daily production goals
Coaching, providing feedback to and resolving conflicts among team members
Identifying customer requirements and communicating them to your team
Collaborating to improve plant productivity and increase efficiency
Identifying and resolving process issues as they arise

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Food/Dairy Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, MBA or related degree.

Work experience in production desirable.

0-3 years of experience.

Experience leading groups of individuals is preferred.

Skill Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a team environment

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to “think on their feet” and make decisions quickly

Desire to grow and take on new challenges / opportunities
