Schreiber’s foodservice brands are sold to chains, distributors, commercial and non-commercial operators. Our foodservice brands include:
Clearfield ® process and natural cheese take their name from beautiful Clearfield County in Pennsylvania where they originated. Clearfield products can be found in delis and restaurants.
LaFeria ® cheese is found in queso sauces, entrees and other applications that call for Hispanic flavor. “LaFeria,” which translates to “the fair,” includes process and natural cheese.
Lov-It ® butter blends are healthy alternatives to butter, yet provide great taste and performance. Lov-It offers both a 60-40 and 50-50 blend of sweet cream butter and pure corn oil. Lov-It blends are available in portion packs, 1- and 5-pound tubs and 50-pound bulk.
Menu ® products meet the needs of foodservice operators who require lower-priced alternatives to traditional process and natural cheese. Menu products include imitation and substitute cheese in loaves, slices and shreds.
Raskas ® cream cheese is available in portion, 3-pound and bulk. Raskas products are great tasting, fresh dairy products using the finest ingredients available. Cream cheese, whether being used as an ingredient for a dessert, or simply as a spread for bagels, has proved to be an extremely versatile product for the foodservice segment.
Ready-Cut ® products reduce the waste and labor costs associated with serving cheese in portions. Ready-Cut products include cheese sticks, cubes and slices that are pre-packaged for quick and easy serving.
School Choice ® products provide nutrition, quality and value to K-12 operators. School Choice continuously evolves and increases its breadth of products to meet changing operator and federal school program requirements. School Choice products include process, natural and substitute cheese. Selected products are available as portion packs, including snack size and string cheese.
