Retail Brands
Schreiber Foods is a global leader in retail private label cheese and also packages cheese products
under its own brands. We invest heavily in product development and are passionate about
food safety and quality.
Schreiber provides retail customers with quality private-label and branded products, including natural, process,
specialty, string, cream cheese, and substitute and imitation cheese.
Our customers depend on the
convenience, consistency and superior quality of our brands – whether they are
a multi-national distributor or focused on supplying a small-niche market.
Our dedication to private label products, also referred to as store brands, is unmatched. Store brands allow retailers to differentiate their products from competitors
and provide consumers with a value alternative to other brands. Other
advantages include:
Sales opportunities. Our store brands help grocery
retailers achieve differentiation and build a national brand. Consumers buying
store brands bring the highest traffic, the largest basket sizes and the most
profit.
Superior customer service. We invest in syndicated
data, consumer research and other information to help our customers optimize
their product mix. Our creative services and marketing teams enhance customers’
efforts by designing promotion and merchandising programs that increase volume
and build consumer loyalty.
Packaging and design center. Schreiber has a fully
staffed creative package design center to bring customer packages from concept
to finished art.
Schreiber also offers retail brands with the same quality and service as our private label brands. Our retail brands include:

American Heritage ® was introduced
to meet the needs of the military commissary in 1987 and has since evolved to
include more than 140 different cheese items. Products in all cheese segments
are represented – natural, process, specialty and imitation. |

Cooper ® has been a household name
since 1942, when consumers first discovered the bite that could only be found
in sharp cheese. Since then, the Cooper brand has grown to encompass a variety
of mild to extra sharp natural cheese, as well as flavorful process cheese. The
line also includes the Old York and Cuba labels. |
