Butter Blends
In addition to the traditional range of cheese, as a dairy company, Schreiber offers customers a number of butter blend products that have real butter taste and performance.
Our “Wisconsin blend” is made with 40 percent butter and 60 percent of the highest quality oil. We also have a 50-50 blend made of 50 percent butter and 50 percent oil. Our process of churning these blends results in consistent butter taste and color.
These blends are healthy alternatives to butter, yet provide great taste and performance.
