Yogurt
Yogurt is one of the fastest-growing of all dairy categories.
Schreiber Foods produces blended and light cup yogurt, as well as
fruit-on-the-bottom varieties. We also produce a GoGurt-style
yogurt, which is portable yogurt in a tube, and drinkable yogurt.
In addition, Schreiber produces an aerated or whipped product that
is like a dessert yogurt or mousse, along with a line of high-fat,
ethnic products for the Middle Eastern market.
