Green Bay, Wisconsin – Schreiber Foods today announced that its Board of Directors has selected Trevor Farrell as the company’s next President, effective Jan. 1, 2026. A longtime Schreiber partner, Farrell succeeds Ron Dunford, who is retiring after leading the company through a period of remarkable growth and transformation. Dunford will continue as CEO until the end of Schreiber’s fiscal year on Sept. 30, 2026. At that time, Farrell will become President & CEO and Dunford will take over the role of Board Chair.
“Trevor is an accomplished and admired leader at Schreiber and within the global food industry,” said Mike Haddad, Schreiber Board Chair. “He’s made significant contributions to our company’s growth and capability in his 27 years at Schreiber and is well known to our customers, partners (employees) and suppliers. His deep understanding of our business, combined with his personal commitment to helping our partners achieve their potential, makes Trevor the ideal partner to lead Schreiber into the future.”
Farrell has held several key leadership roles within the company, most recently serving as Executive Vice President & President, US. Throughout his time at Schreiber, he’s been known for building strong teams, inspiring trust, driving growth and championing our values.

The Board also expressed its deep appreciation for Dunford, who has served as President and CEO since 2019. Under his leadership, Schreiber expanded its global presence, strengthened its culture and delivered record performance—all while doing good through food® around the world.

A smooth transition is now underway, with Farrell and Dunford beginning a yearlong collaboration to ensure continuity and momentum.
