Through the Schreiber Foods Foundation, we’re proud to partner with nonprofits in our communities working to address food insecurity, housing and primary education. To give organizations more time to plan and to allow for a more thoughtful review, our grant application deadline is now May 30. Applications received by then will be considered during our annual funding cycle, with decisions shared in September.

Something big is happening at our Brazil plants — and it’s worth celebrating. Both Rio Azul and Porto Feliz have officially earned Great Place to Work® certification, a recognition that reflects the supportive, people‑first culture our teams are building every day. The certification is largely based on the Trust Index™ survey, where partners share honest feedback about leadership, workplace culture and their overall experience. And the Brazil teams showed something powerful: They feel heard — and they see real progress.

Schreiber Foods has been recognized as a Top Employer 2026 in Spain, joining a select group of only 146 companies to receive this distinction. The certification reflects the our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where people can grow, belong and thrive.

Schreiber Foods is making moves to strengthen its leadership team and position the company for continued growth – all while consistently delivering the support, execution and partnership its customers count on. Starting January 1, 2026, Jason Stephens will lead the U.S. group, and Terry Moeller will take on responsibility for Europe, Latin America and Africa.

Schreiber Foods today announced that its Board of Directors has selected Trevor Farrell as the company’s next President, effective Jan. 1, 2026. A longtime Schreiber partner, Farrell succeeds Ron Dunford, who is retiring after leading the company through a period of remarkable growth and transformation. Dunford will continue as CEO until the end of Schreiber’s fiscal year on Sept. 30, 2026. At that time, Farrell will become President & CEO and Dunford will take over the role of Board Chair.

Schreiber received official approval from the Shippensburg Borough Council for a conditional use application that paves the way for a $144 million plant expansion. This investment will support our long-term goals to reduce water usage, increase yogurt production and grow our team with new full-time roles. The approved plan includes an 18,000-square-foot addition to the south side of the plant, a new 2,000-square-foot milk receiving dock and updated truck parking. Once complete, the expansion is expected to boost yogurt output by 100 million pounds annually and create approximately 50 new full-time positions.
