We’re excited to share the release of our 2025 Doing Good Through Food® report, highlighting the meaningful progress we made in 2024. This year’s report showcases how our 10,000 Schreiberians are making a difference – through our commitment to our food, our people, our earth, and our communities. From advancing sustainability to supporting our team and giving back, we’re proud of the impact we’re making together.

In celebration of Earth Week, Schreiber Foods today announced a forward purchase of carbon credits from Brightly, a leading climate-tech company transforming food waste into high-integrity carbon assets. These credits — the first of their kind — are generated from avoided food loss and waste, representing an innovative approach to reducing methane emissions while addressing hunger across the United States.

Schreiber has earned a 2025 Handshake Early Talent Award for being one of the best places for Gen Z to start and grow their careers. Handshake is one of the nation’s leading platforms for early career jobseekers.  “With Gen Z making up an ever-growing share of the workforce, we’re committed to delivering innovative recruiting strategies and creating meaningful connections with early talent,” said Erin Hughes, Talent and Global Mobility Team Leader.

Schreiber presented a check for $24,296.98 to the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) in Brown County this week. The organization partners with adults 60+, persons with disabilities and their caregivers to empower them to live their best life possible. The donations stemmed from several events our home office employees (we call ourselves partners) organized throughout the year, including a tailgate bash, costume contest and holiday cheese box fundraiser.

Schreiber Foods has been recognized as a 2025 Top Employer in Madrid, Spain. “We join a global elite list of companies that have set the standard for excellent HR strategies and people practices,” said Laura Esteban, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia. The Top Employers Institute certifies leading organizations based on results from its HR Best Practices Survey. The survey encompasses topics such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, sustainability, well-being, and diversity and inclusion.

Schreiber Foods is excited to announce a significant expansion in Carthage, Missouri, that will create new jobs, boost local economic growth, and enhance Schreiber’s production capabilities so it can continue to be an essential ingredient in its customers’ success. The expansion includes construction of a new 168,000-square-foot production facility that includes state-of-the-art technology. The $211 million investment is expected to create 150 new jobs. In addition, Schreiber is pursuing an opportunity that would increase the size of the project.
