Something big is happening at our Brazil plants — and it’s worth celebrating. Both Rio Azul and Porto Feliz have officially earned Great Place to Work® certification, a recognition that reflects the supportive, people‑first culture our teams are building every day.

The certification is largely based on the Trust Index™ survey, where partners share honest feedback about leadership, workplace culture and their overall experience. And the Brazil teams showed something powerful: They feel heard — and they see real progress.

“We’re listening to what needs to be heard and moving forward at the right pace,” said Anderson Vieira, Porto Feliz Plant Manager. “This reinforces that we’re living a culture that values simplicity in action, consistency in execution and a genuine concern for people and the impact we create.”

The survey revealed what many already know: the Brazil team cares deeply, connects intentionally, learns together and stays focused on what truly matters.

Rio Azul Plant Manager Pedro Milek said the recognition reflects the spirit of the team.

“Being recognized as a Great Place to Work reinforces that we are on the right path: valuing people, building together and turning challenges into achievements,” he said. “Knowing where we stand and understanding what we need to improve are essential for our growth. We want to be a company where every employee comes to work and returns home healthy in body and mind — and, who knows, one day we may even return home better than when we arrived.”
