September 22, 2026 — Developing leaders isn’t about sitting in a classroom and checking a box. It’s about giving partners a realistic, sometimes uncomfortable and always meaningful look at what leadership actually feels like when the pressure is on.

That hands-on approach recently earned Schreiber some major global recognition: a Gold Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award. The honor highlights Schreiber’s Leadership Development Day, a program that has helped about 80 partners worldwide strengthen their leadership capabilities and prepare for future opportunities.

Leadership Development Day is a global leadership acceleration program that uses a business simulation, role-play and behavioral observation to develop future leaders. It also gives Schreiber objective insights into leadership readiness, helping identify who may be ready for future opportunities and where development is needed most.

During the virtual experience, a group of employee-partners from around the world participate in an intense business simulation spread over two four-hour sessions. Their task is to run a virtual company, making decisions, solving problems and dealing with the consequences of those choices in real time. Working alongside others from multiple countries also exposes participants to different leadership styles, perspectives and approaches to problem-solving.

Throughout the experience, participants are observed by trained external assessors and Schreiber leaders, helping ensure feedback is based on objective behavioral observations. Afterward, they receive detailed feedback report and participate in a three-way development conversation with their leader and HR to identify next steps for growth.

Since launching the program, many of the participants have taken on expanded leadership opportunities, while Schreiber has gained greater visibility into leadership strengths and development priorities across the enterprise.

The award recognizes Schreiber’s commitment to developing future leaders. Through realistic business challenges, meaningful feedback and innovative tools, Leadership Development Day helps partners prepare for what’s next while strengthening the company’s leadership pipeline.
